Pressoria was launched in July 2021 in a former Pommery press dating back to 1902, at the heart of Champagne and at the foot of the historic hillsides of Aÿ, listed as part of UNESCO's World Heritage.
Pressoria is firstly a sensory tour of 10 rooms in which you will (re)discover champagne through the prism of poetry, emotion and wonder. Pressoria lets you become enthralled by the game and carried away by a one-off, multi-sensorial experience. Pressoria is also a magnificent terrace with one of the region's loveliest views: an unimpeded 180° panorama of the historic hillsides of Aÿ, listed as part of UNESCO's World Heritage.
Built by Pommery in 1902, our iconic building was originally a centre for pressing grapes with 5 presses, 2 of which have been magnificently restored and integrated into our tour.
Acquired by the "Communauté de Communes de la Grande Vallée de la Marne" in 2008, our building has been restored and fitted out to provide a setting for cultural visits, but also private or public events, now an absolute must in Champagne.
Interior 2,000 m²: our staging allows you to understand all about the wine of the Kings thanks to innovative technological equipment, interactive and entertaining.
Terrace of 730 m² opening out to the vineyard, 3 private lounges nestling in a building with a rich past, available to host meetings, seminars, cocktail parties, dinners.
